How much is Shipping?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

When are orders Dispatched?

We aim to send items out orders for shipping within 2 - 4 working days (Monday-Friday)>

Please note that the Creator is one person packaging your orders by hand.

Please send an email if you have any issues and we will try to resolve them asap.

When will my order arrive?

[UK Standard Shipping] Up to 3 working days for delivery 

[US and Canada Standard Shipping] 2 - 6 working weeks for delivery depending on location.

[International Shipping] 4 - 8 working weeks for delivery depending on Location.

Please allow plenty of time to order items being sent outside of the UK.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. The charges vary by country, and at this time, I am unable to calculate them in advance. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If such a fee indeed gets imposed on your package, you are responsible for its payment.

 

Cancellations and Refunds

Can I cancel my order?

Yes but only before it's sent out for shipping.

Cancellations 24hrs after your purchase do not apply.

If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email.

Do you offer refunds/returns?

Because products are made to order, we cannot issue returns or exchanges for orders.

Refunds are accepted depending on the situation. If you have a problem with your order please send an email and we will sort it out as soon as possible.

PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your PayPal account balance within 24 business hours.

Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Can I cancel or get a refund for donations/tips?

Please note that donations and tips are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout for donations or tips, I cannot cancel or refund it.

I received damaged items, what should I do?

I pack items securely and there is very little chance of damage.

Any damages to your items after dispatch are unfortunately out of my control so there is nothing I can do.

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and depending on your location, we also accept Klarna/AfterPay and local payment methods.
